If you don't like the jackfruit in halo-halo, just request the vendors to not put some on yours. Also always eat the meals with rice.

that naked man could be experiencing a mental depression. but even those who we call "taong grasa" (greased man) and have mental depression are basically harmless. That kind of person is probably has mental health issue 🥹 Some of them are beggars and sometimes because of depression due to poverty or family problem it might result of them going crazy. When I first arrived in San Francisco, USA, I saw an American running after another man with a knife in his hand, and it really scared me. No country is perfect and a single situation like that doesnt reflect the Philippines in general ...

Jeepneys and Trike or Tuktok are not meant for foreigners. It’s for locals because we are smaller, and we are used to the warm climate. If u ride those then for experience purposes, and then you curse the Philippines when you go home saying our transportation is worst in the world. just saying

Anout the naked man. It IS very possible that he was high on drugs or drunk. But it's much more possible that he was mentally ill. If he was really dirty, he possibly lived on the streets.

Being naked in a public place in the Ph is illegal just like in any other countries in the world. I doubt if that guy is drugged. I assume that you were in Davao that time. While it is not normal to see naked people on the streets of the PH, that rare encounter must be an isolated case of someone who might be suffering from a mental illness. Well, i must say, that’s also common to see in other countries.
